Barcabhoy the link into Celtic Park & the Rangers Tax Case
Barcabhoy or Colin Paterson to give him his correct title is admittedly not your stand out Celtic type internet bampot. Why a man who is quite wealthy & who has a respectability not normally associated with the people who ran this campaign both during the Rangers tax case days & of course the resolution 12 guys. This article will highlight 1) How Barcabhoy was identified 2) How important he was 3) His business & influence Pictured is a tweet from Colin claiming to arrived at his home Rancho Santa Fe. We will not go into the full details here but it is sufficient right now to know that the owner of this house was named & flipped between Paterson's son & a company called Earlsferry holdings. This pic further highlights Paterson's association with this area. This is a SEAL NSW Family Foundation US Seals Naval Special Warfare charity hat. Seals which are based in San Diego. And of course we find Mr Paterson & his wife are sponsors at one of their events for this charity in 2016. Now there is much more evidence to present here on this matter but have chosen not to do so at this time to save our erstwhile bampot further embarrassment. But one footnote we will add here. Paterson's Rancho Santa Fe, Californian home has been flipped & owned by a company, Earlsferry Holdings Ltd with residents name of Paterson's son. An obvious Scottish name. The Property was bought by Earlsferry Holdings Ltd in 2011, bought by Paterson's son in 2012 then bought again by Earlsferry Holdings Ltd. Earlsferry Holdings Ltd was registered in Cyprus then Mauritius and now Guernsey. The directors of this compnay who are trustees for Paterson's home are Imperium Directors one & two Limited who just happened to be named on the Panama papers. I am sure that having a house/asset for the value of Paterson's Californian home held in notorious tax havens is all for good purposes & in particular I wonder if the studious Rangers tax case will take an interest in this. Who knows? So just how important was Paterson? Well he was important enough to be able to hand out tickets to the directors box at Celtic Park. He was important enough to be described as ''connected'' & was able as far back as 2006 to have information on Lord Stevens apparent investigation into Rangers affairs. He was also with much authority able to state that the Souness EBT was for a lot more he claims than the amounts mentioned by Mark Daly in his documentary. His brother as we know also sat on the board of trustees of the Celtic foundation which included Peter Lawwell & Eric Riley & Neil Lennon. So between the two brothers there was certainly access to the ears of the very highest echelons of the Celtic board room. Remember also at this juncture the twitter account Barcabhoy was running a campaign around resolution 12 & always seemed to be speaking with a certain authority on these matters & particularly on matters related to Rangers tax case. Let a Celtic minded poster give you something of the high esteem he was held in & the authority they believed he carried. ''I'd expect his post on the RTC (Rangers tax case) site to have been vetted by at least two other pairs of eyes & will have some weight attached in the form of substantiation. In other words he or his INFORMER HAVE SEEN THE EVIDENCE'' Now that is very interesting '' his INFORMER HAVE SEEN THE EVIDENCE'' So we have established that Colin Paterson & his family appear to have contacts & influence & that Colin had at the very least an informer. That leads us nicely onto his business interests. Colin Paterson is a director of Concept group limited. Now this is were it get's very interesting. Concept Group were bought over by Canon Xerox in 2011 & Paterson quotes '' “Our aim has always been to exceed customer expectations with regard to performance and cost savings,” said Colin Paterson, founder of Concept Group. “The acquisition means we’ll be able to do that even better by bringing our customers all the benefits of Xerox’s brand-leading products and managed print services expertise.” Then we find this https://www.insider.co.uk/news/canon-uk-wins-public-sector-9887158 & contained within this is ''Digital imaging technology giant Canon UK has secured a position on the Procurement Scotland Framework, meaning that it is now a key approved supplier of products and services to the entire Scottish public sector. The reformed framework was launched in June this year to save up to £1.5 million a year for the Scottish public sector, whilst helping the Government meet its 15 strategic objectives, including increased efficiencies and reducing their environmental impact. Canon will be supported by Con-cept Group - its Scottish partner - to provide the necessary customer service and support to public sector customers. Concept Group chairman, Colin Paterson, said: "Working with Canon under the new framework will bring additional prosperity to the local area, whilst increasing employment opportunities within Concept Group." So there you have it. Paterson via his company the Concept group had access to every governmental department in Scotland. Now right now it is not our aim to accuse anyone of using their position to obtain Governmental documents but surely to exonerate someone from suspicion then some sort of inquiry is required to establish that this practice did not take place. After all documents appeared online on a certain twitter handle which were obviously ''leaked'' & given to sources. When you consider that Celtic minded types were of the opinion that the account Barcabhoy had ''informers'' & that he was able to speak with such authority on the EBT amounts ie Souness it does make you inquire into how this information & knowledge was gathered. It is not the object of this article to make accusations but only to establish if documents were leaked which if it were the case then surely this was a clear breach of confidentiality & abuse of position. We would call on the Scottish government to fully & thoroughly investigate if this is the case & that immediately.

A few weeks ago in this blog was highlighted the dilapidated condition of the stadium at Parkhead. This was brought out here with pictures to highlight what was being pointed out.
https://scotbritish.weebly.com/blog/crumbledome-2-the-hse-strike-back In that article was comments from a structural engineer which contained these observations. '' I have been presented with 'before and after' photos of an event which occurred, and an attempted repair, some time ago at a structure in Glasgow, and have been asked to comment. I have no knowledge whatsoever of the mechanics (or even the dynamics) of the structure in question, and it is extremely difficult to make comment from a few photographs not professionally taken. However, the concrete columns may be precast and fixed on top of each other with a separation joint in between, or a neoprene bearing pad. This material appears to have been damaged, with no attempt made to repair or replace same. The damage and the cracking noted at the lower column could be as a result of an eccentric loading having been, or being, placed upon it from above, or could be as a result of movement at the pinned joint at the lower column section placing greater loading than Design Loading, on the column section above the joint fixture. The cracking and concrete spalling is of concern. I note that an attempt has been made to fill the cracks perhaps by a simple cement wash, as there appears to be no evidence of pressure grouting, nor any attempt made to repair or replace the bearing pad or separation material. From other photographs, there appears to be a build up of dirt, with signs of corrosion evident of the structural steel work elements. Perhaps the structure has not been maintained in accordance with the terms specified in the Design Manual. The Design Life of the structure is normally at least, partially, predicated on such a structure being maintained in accordance with the Manual or good practice. Should latent defects occur, and the structure has not been properly maintained, it could absolve the Designers from culpability. I personally would be sufficiently concerned to the point that I would seek professional advice, were I the owner of the structure. I would be even more concerned if other columns within the structure exhibited similar defects'' These opinions were presented to Building Standards & Public Safety Glasgow City Council On the 16th May 2018 they replied "I write to inform you that all designated stadiums, require to produce a structural engineers report every year as part of the process for the annual renewal of the Safety Certificate. In addition, the stadium at Celtic Park is currently undergoing a structural appraisal in accordance with the recommendations of section 5.15 of the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds, which is published by the Department for Culture ,Media and Sport. Please be assured that matters such as those you have raised have been and will continue to be treated with ‘due diligence’". This Service has a legal obligation to take all reports and complaints concerning possible dangerous buildings seriously and to investigate such matters and take whatever action is deemed necessary. You will note ''every year as part of the process for the annual renewal of the Safety Certificate. In addition, the stadium at Celtic Park is currently undergoing a structural appraisal in accordance with the recommendations of section 5.15 of the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds, which is published by the Department for Culture ,Media and Sport. Please be assured that matters such as those you have raised have been and will continue to be treated with ‘due diligence'' IN ADDITION. That is over & above the normal. You will also note "Section 5.15 of the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds, which is published by the Department for Culture ,Media and Sport'' For the avoidance of doubt section 5.15 of the above quoted contains the following ''Keeping records Responsibility for the keeping of comprehensive and accurate records lies with management. The quality of these records may also be regarded as a good indicator of the overall quality of the safety management structure. Records should be kept in a specified place at the ground or in the management’s office, for a period of six years, and should indicate: a. the level of competence required of those carrying out inspections, measurements and tests b. the qualifications and status of the persons responsible for carrying out inspections, measurements and tests c. the results of inspections, measurements and tests, and any remedial action taken. The documentation should be available for inspection by the relevant authority. It is good practice to keep a back-up copy of these records securely off site to aid business continuity'' Now I asked & requested the opinion of the structural engineer who originally submitted his opinions to the Building Standards & Public Safety at Glasgow City Council what he believed all this meant. He believes his opinions voiced here '' I note that an attempt has been made to fill the cracks perhaps by a simple cement wash, as there appears to be no evidence of pressure grouting, nor any attempt made to repair or replace the bearing pad or separation material. From other photographs, there appears to be a build up of dirt, with signs of corrosion evident of the structural steel work elements. I personally would be sufficiently concerned to the point that I would seek professional advice, were I the owner of the structure. I would be even more concerned if other columns within the structure exhibited similar defects'' are what is being reviewed currently. Here is what he said in response to the reply '' I would suggest that the relevant Authority would want to and need to know the capabilities of the structure to withstand the loadings allowed in the Design, whether the designers used adequate loadings in their calculations, reasons why the structure has ‘failed’ and whether it is safe to continue to use the structure in it’s present condition. In order to do that, an independent body of structural engineers would have to be commissioned by the owners of the structure and agreed with the Authority. They would have to have sight of the Design calculations and check the adequacy of the design and whether a maintenance programme has been set up and adhered to by inspection of records and the like. They would investigate the mode of failure of the various elements of the structure culminating in the damage as seen from ground level and from amateur photographic evidence'' We admit when these opinions were originally sent to the Building Standards & Public Safety at Glasgow Council in early April it was in regards to the safety of the traveling Rangers support who were soon to attend a game at this stadium & of course we had strategic interests & maybe narrow in it's scope because it was Rangers supporters whose safety we were concerned with. But in all reality it concerns anybody who attends any football match at that stadium which we believe was cheaply built. For the avoidance of doubt anyone wishing to avail of the veracity of this article should contact below Team Leader Building Standards & Public Safety Glasgow City Council 231 George Street Glasgow G1 1RX 0141 287 6615 Very recently we demonstrated by some pictures the general condition of the stadium at Celtic FC & highlighted some areas of concern. This was done for the immediate safety of the Rangers support who traveled across to the stadium on Sunday the 29th April. We felt that the stadium's condition needed to be brought to the general attention of the wider public.
We contacted the Glasgow Council department responsible for Health & Safety of public buildings/arenas on the matter & have maintained regular contact since. Today (3rd May 2018) we provided them with the observations of a structural engineer for their perusal which was commissioned at our expense and below is his opinions. I would be even more concerned if other columns within the structure exhibited similar defects'' His opinions were given after again being supplied with photographic evidence freshly taken from Sunday's game along with one picture from the previous encounter in December of last year. That is the reason at the beginning of his opinions he states ''I have been presented with 'before and after' photos'' The before & after he refers to in particular is the concrete column highlighted in this article & which he believes now the appropriate department should now be inspecting all of the columns at Celtic Park for their immediate safety which he has highlighted in his opinions on the one which he was provided with pictures of between December of last year & most recently 29th April. What should concern the more discerning Celtic fan who has the misfortune to sit in this very cheaply constructed stadium is his comments & opinion when he noticed & made his observation that ''Perhaps the structure has not been maintained in accordance with the terms specified in the Design Manual. The Design Life of the structure is normally at least, partially, predicated on such a structure being maintained in accordance with the Manual or good practice. Should latent defects occur, and the structure has not been properly maintained, it could absolve the Designers from culpability'' If indeed as he has highlighted that it may be the case that no adequate or proper maintenance program is currently in place at Celtic to keep the stadium to a certain standard & we bear in mind that it was cheaply constructed but would fully expect certain standards to be maintained for health & safety purposes. If any are concerned about the condition of the Celtic park stadium the proper body & authority have supplied us with contact details to report the fact verbally & we gave any who wish to do so the authority to use any pictures in this article & comments supplied by the structural engineer they may wish to take advantage of & use when highlighting the concerns. If you wish to avail of the opportunity to report any concerns please do so using the numbers supplied. If your enquiry is urgent and concerns a Building Standards matter then please contact Kevin Gough on 0141 287 6613. If your enquiry is urgent and concerns a licensing matter then please contact Jimmy Adams on 0141 287 4471. Please do not email a report of a possible dangerous building. Instead, telephone 0141 287 8555. This Sunday 29th April 2018 Rangers Football Club supporters will make their way to the East End of Glasgow to support their team in the numbers associated with the world's most successful football Club.
But for the seven thousand travelling over they need to be made aware of the stadium concerns that have been highlighted on social media & which has been ignored by the main stream Scottish media. On that basis we have asked the Health & Safety Executive to look at some obvious & glaring defects noticed on visits to the Parkhead stadium in recent times & have asked the HSE the following questions :- Dear Sirs, During a recent visit to Celtic Park, my attention was drawn to several areas of concern regarding matters of public safety. As I am about to visit the premises again in the near future, I would like to bring these matters to your attention, as I am concerned about my safety and the safety of others. I have attached some photographs which will assist. As you can see, there are areas of rust noted on the roof structure, with water leakage, cracked block-work and the like. I have read reports that the block-work repairs may not now be stable. The other main area of concern for me is with reference to the photograph where the pipe has been repaired at the joint with Densotape. I have great concerns that the joint could give way, soaking and possibly injuring several people in the vicinity, particularly if there were adverse weather conditions prevailing that day. I would be much obliged if you would be able to have an inspection carried out in the very near future which may prevent a serious incident. The HSE have replied to acknowledge receipt of the questions with a reference number RQST00006567958 If you have any concerns as a Rangers F.C. supporter travelling over to watch your team play in this cheaply built stadium them you can also email the Health & Safety Executive seeking reassurances for your safety ahead of the game at the stadium on Sunday 29th April at this email address [email protected] The Right Honourable John Enoch Powell MBE (16 June 1912 – 8 February 1998), was a Politician, classical scholar, Philologist, and Poet. He served as a Conservative Member of Parliament (MP, 1950–74), Ulster Unionist Party) MP (1974–87), and Minister Of Health (1960–63). Never in modern day Britain has Enoch Powell's "Rivers Of Blood" speech in 1968 been more relevant today than it was back then with mass unlimited immigration brought on by Labour's Tony Blair Government which has put a strain on the National Health Service, the Department of Work and Pensions, Housing and National Security. This must be the only Nation that allows Jihadi terrorists back into the Country after committing atrocities in Countries all over the world and allowing them to live off the state and be rehoused while our Armed Forces Veterans are left homeless, starving and penniless. Our Country needs it's backbone back, British values taught at Schools and the National Anthem taught and sung at School assemblies like years ago when we all grew up with a sense of pride when we saw the Union Flag, any of our soldiers and our beloved Queen. Decades ago our proud young soldiers were storming the Falkland Islands to liberate British Citizens nowadays they cry for safe spaces and are over offended snowflakes who live to be offended by everything. People looking in from other Countries must wonder what has happened to our children and young adults as we were always at the forefront to fight for what is right and injustice, a Country who had an Empire who took shit from no-one, now we are a doormat for everyone including terrorists, terrorist sympathizers and left wingers with an agenda to break up and destroy our once proud Country from within. Mass Immigration is now being used by Political Parties like Labour and the Scottish National Party to acquire votes for their parties by giving the immigrants all their demands as long as they vote for them, both parties are full of sectarian, antisemitism, pro Islamists and are in bed with Irish Republican and Palestinian Murder gangs to further their own agenda. While many believe that while Jeremy Corbyn is in charge at Labour his political views and antisemitism members will hinder him to become Prime Minister, if the immigrants especially the Islamist ones with their support in the no go zone ghettos of the likes of London, Bradford, Birmingham and Sheffield then it might become a reality. His ex lover and Party Member Diane (the abacus) Abbott coming out with rhetoric like the problem with Britain is that it is white people shows she is also trying to use the Race card to gather votes within the ethnic minorities. So by allowing unlimited immigration and using race to manipulate the electorate then these people should be taken to task on the issue and their silence on the Islamic rape gangs frequenting these places. In Scotland you have members of the virtue signalling Scottish National Party like ultra offended Humza Yousef MSP who likes to be offended at everything to do with Islam and his favourite football team, the bastions of ambulance chasing Celtic FC. This is a man who throws about the terms "racist" and "bigot" to suit his own narrative. A man who gets on his high horse when people go on about the niqab and burka and asking for it to be banned for security reasons and for women's rights and tries to justify it be using his religion as a hammer to hit you with, where is his outrage at women in Islamic Countries being beaten, stoned and burned alive for taking their face coverings off, none, saying that, this is the man who as Minister Of Transport in Scotland got caught by the Police for having no car insurance. Where also is his outrage at his First Minister Nicola Sturgeon who represents Govanhill ( and has probably been there a couple of times for her own interests) which has turned into an Islamic ghetto with grooming gangs targeting young white children who believe that due to their Islamic beliefs that raping children and taking sex slaves is normal practice, if it was the other way about then it would be headline news with him at the forefront as some sort of moral crusader instead he trawls social media looking for the next thing to be offended about especially if it includes anything to do with Islam, Muslims or the terrorist supporting fans of Celtic FC but forgets antisemitism from his own party members and sectarian behaviour towards Protestants and Christians alike as well as Unionists and Rangers FC supporters. When Enoch Powell gave his "Rivers Of Blood" speech he was a visionary and seen what was coming to this Country, a man who should have been Prime Minister, time has told he was right and now after 50 years the people has now woken up to the threat to our Country and without it stopping now we will become the Caliphate that these people want with their Sharia Law, child marriage, child sex slaves and women with no rights like it was thousands of years ago in the Middle East. |
